The April Fools 2021 update was a joke update that happened on March 31, 2021, 6:30 PM EST and ended on April 2, 2021, 3:10 AM EST. Most notably, the update changed a significant amount of textures into very epic and meme ones, as well as making the Obamium badge obtainable.

Actual Changes
Obamium
The update added a new part called Obamium. When Obamium is crafted, you get a badge. The badge can be found [[1]], and as of writing, 73 players have obtained the badge.
It is said that Obamium corrupted everything in the Waste of Space cinematic universe, causing the universe to descend into chaos.
Obamium cannot be resized. Obamium was tested to be able to survive upwards of 60 gun shots, making it either the hardest material possible, or unbreakable like Perfectium. The Obamium is 4x4x4, and despite its pyramid appearance, its hitbox is square.
Obamium was not deleted after the update was over. As it was only obtainable during April Fools, the mineral will become more and more valuable until the universe resets.
Retextures
A large amount of parts got retextured or remodeled to have random, strange textures. A collection of screenshots from the craft menu is available in the gallery.
Most notably, a large amount of templates turned into a mesh regarding the Among Drip meme, as well as Refineries and SteamTurbines. Bins became circular, although keeping the square hitbox. Wires, Triggerwires, and Chutes became cylindrical. Grass became Obama, Stone and Diamond had Minecraft equivalent textures on them, and a large amount of other objects had strange textures involving old Roblox screenshots, ancient lolcat memes, and other strange images made by small girls on Roblox.
Other Changes
The Assembler sound effect has been replaced by a short sample from Thanos Beatbox Solo - Cartoon Beatbox Battles.
Ambient colors cycle through the rainbow when a part is spawned in.
New music was heard, what the music was is currently unconfirmed.
Trivia
When the update was first released, the Obamium item did not give the badge. This was later fixed, except now the low quality devs broke loading into the game. After that was fixed, the Obamium badge was obtainable and everything worked fine.
Only one thing on the official changelog (obamium) was added.
