Stan is a humanoid model. that will only spawn at night, it was proven that chances of meeting him on tidaly night locked tundra planets are way higher than any other planet, he is confirmed to exist, but there are few high quality images and alot of trolling. Stan spawns and dissapears after around 7 seconds.

Stan was claimed to be removed in the April Fools 2021 Update.

Stan was claimed to be re-implemented in the April Fools 2023 Update.

The bugfix note claiming to have removed stan, and that it was a bug in the 2022-09-19 update. (Unstable)

Stan was claimed to be removed in the Unstable update, 2022-09-19, said to be a bug.

In the April Fools 2023 Update, there were stanleys [sic] that attempted to kill the player using StanSword.

Stan's behavior is well known: he spawns at night either near or far player. On night locked tundra chances are way higher. Stan dissapears after few seconds.

Stan can spawn on parts.

Stan rarely spawns on air.

Stan is not NPC Stan is just humanoid model that is anchored.

Stan can't appear in space.

Stan can be detected by LifeSensor

You cant kill stan because he is not npc.

Stan resembles Stan from Identity Fraud, having 2 red eyes and a pitch black body.

Stan does not move at all and just spawns and dissapears.
