The powercell stores power. It has a maximum power storage of 50,000 when it is at 10x10x10 and has a display showing the amount of power it has with a coloured background. The background represents the amount of power the power cell has. If the power cell is bright green, that means it has the maximum amount of power it can hold. If the power cell is bright red, that means it has no power.
Unlike the Bin, resizing the PowerCell into smaller will lose and decrease its maximum power storage and its current power stored will also change.
