The power cell stores power. It has a maximum power storage of 50,000 when it is at 10x10x10 and has a display showing the amount of power it has with a colored background. The background represents the amount of power the power cell has. If the power cell is bright green, that means it has the maximum amount of power it can hold. If the power cell is bright red, that means it has no power.
Similar to other containers, the power cell will change its maximum power storage accordingly to its size. However, unlike other containers, if its new size is smaller than the previous size and the amount of power contained is higher than the new maximum capacity, it will set its amount of contained power to the maximum capacity of the cell in order to prevent small power cells with high amounts of power.
