The powercell stores power. It has a maximum power storage of 50,000 when it is at 10x10x10 and has a display showing the amount of power it has with a coloured backround. The backround represents the amount of power the powercell has. If the powercell is bright green, that means it has the maximum amount of power it can hold. If the powercell is bright red, that means it has no power.
