Ice can be found on space regions containing ice asteroids or planetary rings.
Ice can also be obtained from stone.
In-game description
"A compact natural resource found in tundra planets and the top of a few mountains. It is a slippery material, and has very low friction which can be useful in some devices. Burning ice results in water."
