The Winch is a part that controls attached ropes when triggered and activated by a polysilicon.
To make it work, you must use hammer tool, click on CJoint tab, click on a pulley first and click on another part in order to connect a rope from a winch to a part. Connect a polysilicon to a pulley so as to trigger objects can control ropes.
Its appearance is a navy-colored part with a decal image on the side.

Pulley
The Pulley was replaced by Winch with its new textures and configuration names since 2022-02-28 Update
Its appearance is a brown-colored part with 2 textures at the top and bottom side.
