The Pulley is a part that controls attached ropes when triggered by a polysilicon.
Description
"A special device used to control the length of constraints attached to it. When attaching a constraint to the Winch, click the Winch first. When triggered with polysilicon, it will increase (Activate) or decrease (Deactivate). "
