The Warhead is an Incredibly expensive and powerful explosive. As it is very destructive and expensive, the warhead is usually only used by endgame griefers that have lots of resources. Despite its incredible destructive power, the warhead's explosion is completely blocked by energy shields, however the radioactive effect created by it is not.

In-game description

"Causes a powerful explosion when triggered. You can use a delay wire to make it explode after a few seconds and not immediately. The only down-side of the warhead is that it is blocked completely by energy shields."
