Tinnitus is a white, coil shaped object only accessible by a very rare fighter alien
While the malleability of Tinnitus is very low, being confined to a size of 4x4x4 studs, its durability is extremely high, being able to tank up to 60 gun shots.
Tinnitus can only be retrieved by a fighter alien. However, it doesn't show up on the crafting menu. Upon being spawned, Tinnitus will produce a random sound effect.

Trivia
- Tinnitus is not actually capitilized as a proper noun, appearing in game as tinnitus.
- Despite being coil shaped, Tinnitus does not function as a spring.
- Contrary to popular belief, tinnitus IS obtainable in fighter alien bin loot. However, this is a rare 0.1% chance of happening.
