The StorageSensor is a part that sends trigger signal every tick as long as sum of attached bins' resource quantity is in the specified range. It's often used as an alternative to Transformer that does not need power, since you can specify a quantity range that will always be true, but the delay isn't configurable.

"When the number of contents within connected storage objects is within a defined range, it will send trigger signals similar to a button. This can be used to automate production of certain products when the stored quantity is low. "
