Ruby is a very durable resource that can be harvested from stone deposits. Due to its low malleability, it is useless on its own, but it is an essential item in several crafting recipes such as Lasers and NightVisionGoggles.

• Despite Ruby having more durability than Iron; it seems like Ruby's hp won't scale with it's size unlike with Iron and most other malleable materials, making it useless as a durable material
