M-class Stars (Small, red stars also known as "Red Dwarves") are the smallest and coolest type of star in the universe. They are a bright red in color, and are very small in size compared to other star types. These stars require planets to require much closer to them to attain their energy. These stars give off low amounts of solar energy.
