it costs 2 sands and 2 stones to make and is more malleable than iron (good if you wanna save 375 malleables)

cement is a coolios building block but it sadly has no extra perks other than being extremely manly, just use it for construction only.

if you wanna make buildings in studio i heavily recommend iron as getting separate sand bins and stone bins is for nerds but getting 20 iron bins like a MAN is easy

i recommend asphalt, its better overall for buildings but it uses water so you need assemblers

so use cement for early game base making or for paths idk
