Inserting materials gives it different cannon types
For example: Inserting Iron will result in one powerful iron cannonball being shot. Inserting Copper will result in multiple copper cannon ball shot.
== Tips ==
* Grapeshot is surprisingly extremely effective against wiring, roundshot good for destroying armor or causing general chaos if fired into a small confined area.
* Despite seeming weak, the cannon can easily outrange most weapons in space if resized to a high length due to the speed increase and zero gravity allowing it to effectively be a budget railgun. Making for a rather good stealth weapon as the projectiles are neither loud or flashy and the firing sound is rather quiet.
==Trivia==
*Cannon was considered to be inserted by dropping resources in order to fire before WOS Update 2022.
*Increasing the width increases the size of the projectiles, increasing the length increases the power behind the projectile.
*Grapeshot and roundshot do the same amount of damage but grapeshot splits it between the multiple projectiles.
*Grapeshot should realistically cost lead to fire however copper versions have been found before.

Description[edit | hide all | hide | edit source]
Fires a cannonball when triggered or clicked
Inserting materials gives it different cannon types
For example: Inserting Iron will result in one powerful iron cannonball being shot. Inserting Copper will result in multiple copper cannon ball shot.
Tips[edit | hide | edit source]
- Grapeshot is surprisingly extremely effective against wiring, roundshot good for destroying armor or causing general chaos if fired into a small confined area.
- Despite seeming weak, the cannon can easily outrange most weapons in space if resized to a high length due to the speed increase and zero gravity allowing it to effectively be a budget railgun. Making for a rather good stealth weapon as the projectiles are neither loud or flashy and the firing sound is rather quiet.
Trivia[edit | hide | edit source]
- Cannon was considered to be inserted by dropping resources in order to fire before WOS Update 2022.
- Increasing the width increases the size of the projectiles, increasing the length increases the power behind the projectile.
- Grapeshot and roundshot do the same amount of damage but grapeshot splits it between the multiple projectiles.
- Grapeshot should realistically cost lead to fire however copper versions have been found before.
