The Bin is a part used to store items. It displays how many items are inside it via the number on top, and the maximum amount of items depends on the size, This is calculated with this formula: X*Y*Z making the Max capacity 1000 at 10x10x10. Its appearance is a cube covered with a texture on all sides.
In-game description
"Stores solid items such as Aluminum, Iron, Faucets, etc. Can store up to 1000 items. When destroyed, every item inside will also be destroyed. The value increases as more items are added to it. Bins can also be used as crafting recipes, with the resources inside being used. You can also configure a bin to prevent items from being crafted from it, allowing for bins to be strictly for machine storage. "

Trivia
- To get the items out of a bin, you must use dispenser connecting to it and dropping parts.
- When support for colored bins was added, almost all the previously made bins in the game turned black. This is because old bins used to have their Color property as black. The devs didn't update the official MBTools plugin after this, so bins created with MBtools spawn as black by default.
