A Balloon is a spherical object which can levitate parts welded to it. Must be unanchored to work. It does not work in environments with no atmosphere or Space.
In-game description
"Levitates parts attached to it to a certain configurable height. However, it is easily poppable. Does not work in space, or no-atmosphere planets."

Configurables
- Buoyancy- The speed and direction of the balloon.
- Positive Number- The balloon will rise.
- 0- The balloon will stay still
- Negative- The balloon will fall.
Trivia
- The balloon will not work if there is no air (places like space and planets with no atmosphere) but it will work if you add a powered AirSupply.
