The ballast tank is a underwater version of Ballon. Its speed is limited by 10 studs per second.Ballast tank can work only in water.

Configuration
Speed [-10 - 10] determines vertical speed traveled at, -10 being negative -10 studs per second vertical speed, 0 disables any vertical speed - can be moved only by propulsion, 10 positive 10 studs per second vertical speed.
