Speed [-10 - 10] determines vertical speed traveled at, -10 being negative -10 studs per second vertical speed, 0 disables any vertical speed - can be moved only by propulsion, 10 positive 10 studs per second vertical speed. |

The ballast tank is a gray-colored underwater version of the Ballon. Its speed is limited to 10 studs per second and it only functions when submerged in water.

"Allows for variable ballast to be added to sea vehicles. Also prevents corrosion to attached parts underwater. "
