The Winch is a part that controls attached ropes when triggered and activated by a polysilicon.
To make it work, you must use CJoint of hammer tool, click on a pulley first and click on another part in order to connect a rope from a winch to a part. Connect a polysilicon to a pulley so as to trigger objects can control ropes.
Its appearance is a part with a decal image on the side.

The Pulley was replaced by Winch with its new textures and configuration names
Its appearance is a concrete part with 2 textures at the top and bottom side.
In-game description
"A special device used to control the length of constraints attached to it. When attaching a constraint to the Winch, click the Winch first. When triggered with polysilicon, it will increase (Activate) or decrease (Deactivate). "
