Pump is a part that requires electricity and must be connected and upon contact to water oceans so as to extract liquids and store containers. Without containers, it will spill a hole, unlike Extractor

Pumps liquid from the environment into oceans attached containers. For example, a pump located in the ocean will pump water when powered.
