The Cooler decreases the temperature within its area of effect while powered. This prevents players from dying in hot conditions, and propulsion devices (as well as a few other parts) from overheating and catching fire. The magnitude of its cooling effect depends on its size; being equal to: (-20 × X × Y × Z) ÷ 16. Thus, its default cooling amount is 20 degrees.
The cooler has a cylindrical shape, which is by default black. While powered, it turns cyan and glows.

"Cools down the heat around a space when supplied with power. Glows blue while functioning. Can be used to provide a cool environment in hot areas. Is also useful for cooling down objects such as iondrives and engines. Cooling amount is based on size -20 * X * Y * Z / 16 "
